Federal Learning Account

Federal Learning Account: what is it?
The Federal Learning Account is the online service with which an employer manages the individual and sectoral training rights of its employees. The employer registers trainings and training rights and can thus keep track of how much the training credit of his employees amounts to and which trainings they have followed.
As a training provider, you can register the trainings that were followed with you to support the employer in this registration.

Training rights

Employees have a number of training rights, which they can use to follow a training that helps them to further develop their professional skills. As a training provider, you can contribute by registering both planned and completed trainings, so that both employers and employees have an overview of their trainings.

Register trainings

By registering the trainings, you help employers to keep a complete and centralized history of their trainings. You can perform this registration via a Batch or API channel.

mycareer

Channels

The FLA platform offers training providers the possibility to register trainings directly and uniformly for all participants and employers. This can facilitate the registrations of employers.
