Training portal
You can always consult your training overview via mycareer.be. Your trainings are clearly displayed here. You can consult your history of completed trainings, view your annual training rights and see the remaining credit.
Via the Federal Learning Account, your employer can keep track of these training rights and register your planned and completed trainings.
On December 10, 2025, the Council of Ministers decided to discontinue the Federal Learning Account.
This has several important consequences.
-
Training rights and trainings will no longer be updated
As from 1 January 2026:- your number of training right days will no longer be maintained in this overview.
- the trainings you follow through your employer will no longer be registered.
If you wish in the future to know which trainings you followed with your employer or how many days of training you are entitled to, you will need to contact your (former) HR department.
-
You can still consult the existing data for one year
Until the end of 2026, you can still view on mycareer.be:- how many days of training you were entitled to on 31 December 2025.
- which trainings your employer had registered for you up to and including 31 December 2025.
-
On 31 December 2026, your data will be permanently deleted.
During the course of 2026, you will receive more information on how to download or store the trainings followed before 2026.
